Story of Delsea Drive self- storage-the land was purchase by the owners in 2002, some pre-engineering like survey, topography. Environmental Impact Study were done between 2003 and 2004 , then property went under contract to be sold for housing development, however due to financial crises of 2008 and collapse real estate market, the sale contracts were canceled, until 2010 that owners decided to build a self-storage facility in there. They had to first get variance for the property since Washington Township has removed self-storage usage for the property. After 3 years battle with local, county and state official, they finally got all of their approval by summer of 2013, clearing and construction began immediately, however due to delay in bonds approval, the construction hit a bad winter and caused further delay in construction, they finally opened in 2015.

We are a new facility in a beautiful country setting. We have a resident manager on premises for added security and the newest and best security systems. Most units have electricity light and outlet plugs. We rent U-Haul trucks for your convenience. We are an official drop off site for Operation Yellow Ribbon, we collect and ship items to our brave men and women serving in the military overseas. Food items and hygiene items that they cannot get.

Yes, for obvious reason, you are not allowed to store perishable items (such as food) hazardous or flammable items (such as gasoline) In short, any items posing a danger to any of our tenants or their belongings may not be stored.
What documents do I need when renting a storage unit?
When renting a storage unit, you will need a photo ID and preferable a credit or debit card. We recommend that you enroll on our Auto pay payment plan to ensure you don’t forget to pay your storage bill and to avoid unnecessary fees.
What type of payment options do you offer?
We accept all major credit card, personal or business checks, money orders and cash of course. You can make your payment either online from our website, stop into our office to make your payment, mail in your payment or take advantage of Auto pay which automatically deducts your payment automatically deduct your unit rent monthly form your credit/debit card
Am I tied down to a long-term lease or do you offer short-term rentals?
Our rental agreement is on a month to month basis, You can stay as long as you wish or as little as just one month. When it comes time to vacate your storage unit you will need to notify the office staff at the facility, in writing, ten day before moving out.
Can I change the size of my storage unit?
Yes, if you need more space or less space, speak with the office staff at the facility and they will help find the right space for you.

We provide a wide selection of affordable moving, packing and storage supplies to make the process easy, convenient, and safe.
