Hours and Access
What are your gate access hours? Our gate is open 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM, seven days a week, including holidays. 24-hour access is available — just ask Marie.
What are your office hours? The office is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM. Closed Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday. Gate access works every day regardless of office hours.
Can I move in outside of office hours? Yes. Reserve, sign, and pay online 24/7 through our website. Stop by the office within 72 hours of move-in to sign the original lease and present a valid ID.
Storage Units and Features
What unit sizes do you offer? Sizes range from small lockers up through units that hold a multi-bedroom home. See our Size Guide for details, or check Available Units for current availability.
Do you offer climate-controlled storage? Yes. Climate control protects temperature- and humidity-sensitive items — wood furniture, electronics, photos, documents, vinyl, instruments, leather, and artwork. Both climate-controlled and standard drive-up units are available.
Do you have RV, boat, and trailer parking? Yes — gated outdoor parking for RVs, boats, trailers, cars, and trucks. Spaces fill fast in spring and fall, so call (856) 242-7364 to check availability.
Are the units drive-up accessible? Yes. Standard units offer drive-up access — pull right up to the door. Climate-controlled units are accessed from inside the building. All units are on the first floor.
Security
How secure is the facility? Fully fenced and gated, with individual keypad codes at the entrance. Security cameras record continuously, and Marie is on-site four days a week.
Do I need to bring my own lock? Yes — we recommend a disc lock for the best security. We sell disc locks and moving supplies in the office.
Renting and Payment
Do you require a long-term contract? No. All units are rented month-to-month with no long-term contract and no deposit required.
How do I pay my monthly bill? Pay online anytime, set up autopay, pay in the office, or mail a check. For billing questions, call (856) 242-7364 during office hours.
